Personalized Counseling
In our conversations, I will take plenty of time to listen to you and ask questions, so I can gain the best possible understanding of you and your situation.
Together, we will seek to gain insight into what’s going on. We will carefully explore patterns and possible steps toward healing or change, both within yourself and in your relationships. We will seek to do this in the light of the Bible.
We will also pay close attention to your thought patterns and emotions, as these will often deeply influence how you experience and cope with things. Since every person is unique, I will work with you to find what fits you best. No standard solutions, but personalized guidance, suited to your unique personality. All of this will be done in dependence on God, as we aim to seek His will for you during this season of your life.

Harmony
In 1 Thessalonians 5:23, spirit, soul, and body are mentioned as a way to describe the person as a whole. We’re made up of both a material and an immaterial part, and these are deeply connected. We’re reminded of this in Proverbs 17:22
“A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”
Mental or emotional stress can take a toll on the body—and the reverse is true too. When we’re not well physically, it can affect how we feel inside. This is why, during counseling, we will also pay attention to basic physical needs such as drinking water, nutrition, sunlight, sleep, fresh air, and exercise. This approach is based on the natural laws God built into His creation—so that we can live in harmony with ourselves, with the world around us, and with God.
